A. Use of Special Locations Ltd. Website and Online Services

1. Online Services offered on the Special Locations Website are ?Holiday Search?, ?Sign Up For Newsletter? and ?Book Now? whilst such services are provided solely to help Users to determine the availability of Special Locations' Services and to make legitimate search and reservations at Special Locations and for no other purposes.

2. You warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement and to use the Special Locations Website or Online Services in accordance with this Policy. You agree that you are financially responsible for your use of the Special Locations Website, as well as for any use of your User ID and/or password account by others, including but not limited to minors living with you.

3. You warrant that all Personal Information supplied by you in the use of the Special Locations Website or Online Services is true and accurate and is not for any false or fraudulent purpose. B. Agency

1. You agree and understand that Special Locations Ltd. is an agency specialized in Holiday Villas& Apartments rental and acts as an intermediary whilst introducing you to Hotels, Resorts, and Residence Management Companies or such enterprises which operate in rental business and vice versa. You irrevocably agree and accept that Special Locations Ltd may provide you with holiday reservations, offers, deals, representations and solutions of whatsoever nature regarding your rental enquiries whilst Special Locations Ltd assumes no liability or responsibility (whether express or implied) for any errors, omissions, misrepresentations, misleading statements or misleading descriptions in the content of such offers, deals, representations and solutions of whatsoever nature which are provided by respective Hotels, Resorts, and Residence Management Companies or such enterprises for your such enquiries.

2. You expressly agree and promise to accept and assume all of the risks which may exist due to your use of the Special Locations Website and Online Services with regards to your rental enquiries and requests within the framework mentioned in the preceding sub-article.

3. You hereby especially acknowledge and agree to irrevocably release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Special Locations Ltd. from any and all claims, demands or causes of action, which are in any way connected with your use of the Special Locations Website and Online Services or facilities, including but not limited to any such claims which allege negligent acts or omissions of Special Locations Ltd which may allegedly arise from its hereby described agency function.

C. Intellectual Property

1. The Content of the Special Locations Website is the property of Special Locations Ltd. / Advantage Properties International Ltd. . Any reproduction, republication, modification, copying distribution, transmission, display or sale of any of the Content of the Special Locations Website without the express written consent of Special Locations is prohibited.
