PRIVACY POLICY

1. The following terms shall have the respective meanings designated below unless the context otherwise requires in this Privacy Policy as follow:

Special Locations shall where appropriate, be taken to refer to (i) any or all agencies, hotels or residences operating under the Special Locations name or brand; or (ii) the entity owning, operating or managing the Special Locations Website; or (iii) the specific Special Locations property that is the subject of or concerning any query, Personal Information, reservation or, payment submitted or made by the User or on his behalf, but shall not (a) include the entity which hosts the Special Locations Website; or (b) the server on which the Special Locations Website resides, or (c) any third party including but not limited to Hotels, Resorts, Residences of which links are provided on Special Locations Website only for agency purposes.

m. Special Website means the website located at the uniform resource locator http:// http://www.speciallocations.co.uk/ or such other Internet address as Special Locations Ltd. / API Ltd. may specify or register as the Special Locations Website, and includes but is not limited to ?Book Now - Online Reservations - Sign Up?;

n. Trade Marks" shall mean, without any limitation, the "Special Locations Ltd. / API Ltd." names and trademarks, all names, trademarks and devices that are owned, registered or used by Special Locations Ltd. / API Ltd. or are substantially similar to names, trademarks and devices owned, registered or used by Special Locations Ltd. / API Ltd., or are displayed on the Special Locations Website.

o. User means any person who browses, visits or uses the Special Locations Website;

I. Words using the singular or plural number also include the plural or singular number.

II. Any reference to a "person" or entity includes a reference to an individual, a sole-proprietor, a partnership, an unincorporated association and a company.

III. Any reference to a "Clause" is to a clause of the Policy.

IV. The headings in this Policy are inserted for convenience only and shall be ignored in construing this Policy.
